At the very private Saratoga Springs Retreat Center, GearUp Weekend includes:

Three meals per day, Beverages, open bar

Fully stocked indoor and outdoor play spaces

Outdoor pool and hot tub

Daily workshops/discussions/activities

Clothing optional hikes and yoga

Shared shower and toilet facilities

Options for camping, shared bunk room, private room (very limited) , all bedding is included

Don’t feel like camping? You can upgrade to a single bunk in a dormitory-style room (8-10 people per room) or a private cabin room for an additional fee. If you need accommodation for a disability, please email registration@gearupweekend.com and we will do our best to assist you. Only one person needs to purchase the upgrade. Each other roommate should purchase a base price 3-night “camping” registration. All of you should enter the names of your roommates in your registration, to help us get you all together.

Each attendee must be registered separately with their own legal name. If you want to pay for someone else, simply enter their name, email address, and other information. When you proceed to PayPal, you can still use your own credit card to pay. The credit card information does not need to match the name of the attendee.

A small number of grants are available each year that cover half the cost of 3-night-camping registration. You will need to provide your own tent, sleeping bag, etc. The recipient may upgrade to a bunk or private cabin room (if available) but must pay the extra cost of those lodgings. Financial needs and your participation in the leather/kink community are considered in awarding grants.


Although we make every effort to provide a grant to everyone who needs one, we cannot guarantee it. Applications and awards will be kept strictly confidential within the grant sub-committee. Award information will be sent by email in April or May.

By registering for GearUp Weekend, you are certifying that you will be at least 21 years of age on the date of the event. Attendees are required to sign a liability waiver to be admitted to the event. Refusal to sign the waiver will not entitle you to a refund. Attendees agree to abide by all rules established for the event and not to hold the sponsors or their members or guests responsible, liable, or accountable for any loss or injury to your person or property, or for your actions, intentional or otherwise. Please note that pets and non-prescription drugs are not allowed at this event.

GearUp Weekend is a private event. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.
