Rates and Accomodations

Everyone buys a Weekend Ticket which includes camping (or staying in someone else’s cabin/glamping tent). If available, you can upgrade to a Cabin, your own RV, a Glamping Tent (only one person in a group needs to pay for the upgrade), or a bunk in the bunkhouse.

Weekend ticket (required) | Cost: $500

Every attendee needs an all-inclusive Weekend Ticket which includes:

  • Tent camping (Or roommate in a Cabin*,  Glamping Tent*, or RV*). FYI tent campers need to bring their own tent, bedding, and towels.

  • Indoor and outdoor showers and restrooms.

  • All event meals, amenities, and workshops.

  • The 2025 Camp Telegram where you can meet and connect before and after!

  • A limited number of Scholarships are available to make camp more accessible.

*If you are staying in a Shared Cabin, RV, or Glamping Tent as a roommate, you only need this ticket—one person in your group must purchase the Shared Cabin, RV, or Shared Glamping Tent upgrade.

GearUp is entirely volunteer organized. Everyone shares chore duties (typically one shift per camp), which range from wiping down meal tables, to delivering water, to checking for full trash cans, and more. Some areas (like medical and Dungeon Monitor) require special training. We’ll ask when you register.

Upgrades

Bunk Room | Cost: +$85

Upgrade to a dorm-style bunk. Connect with 8-10 others while enjoying the convenience of indoor accommodations. Bedding is included—bring your own towel. (Total cost: $585)

RV Camping | Cost: +$125

Bring your own RV (Max size 32’). We provide a 110v electric hookup (no sewage, so use the site facilities). Email registration@gearupweekend.com to discuss this option. Only one person pays the RV Camping upgrade fee; all other roommates only pay for a Weekend Ticket. Be sure to list your roommates during registration! Bring your own towel. (Total cost: $625)

Shared Cabin | Cost: +$400

Extremely limited. Enjoy a private group vibe in a shared cabin with baths and facilities access. Only one person pays the cabin upgrade fee; all other roommates only pay for a Weekend Ticket. Be sure to list your roommates during registration! Bedding is included—bring your own towel. (Total cost: $900)

Shared Glamping Tent | Cost: +$250

Enjoy luxury camping with 2 queen beds in each tent. Only one person pays the glamping tent upgrade fee; all other roommates only pay for a Weekend Ticket. Be sure to list your roommates during registration! Bedding is included—bring your own towel. (Total cost: $750)
